4 star for the scent and 0 star for the service ( I had to pay a “fee to pay” charge to Royal Mail because this shop didn’t pay the correct postage amount, even though I contacted them and sent them the fee to pay card, they didn’t bothered to pay for it, well you just lost a new customer and 2 existing customers, a friend and family member ) thanks.
