UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING

  • Free Shipping: Orders over £50 within the UK qualify for free shipping.
  • Dispatch: Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery normally takes 1-5 working days after dispatch, depending on the service selected.
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not included when calculating dispatch or estimated delivery times.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands and other remote areas may take longer.
  • Shipping Rates: Charges depend on the destination, parcel size, weight and selected service. The final cost is shown at checkout.
  • Carriers: We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS and other suitable delivery partners.
    Tracking: Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched, where available.
  • Delivery Delays: Strikes, severe weather, transport disruption and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional postage charges may apply if redelivery is required because incorrect details were supplied.

  • Available Countries: We deliver to selected European countries shown at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Free standard delivery on eligible EU orders over €300, after discounts.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery normally takes 5-7 working days after dispatch. Some countries may take longer.
  • Customs Delays: Customs checks, local holidays and carrier disruption may extend delivery times.
  • Duties and Taxes: Import duties and taxes are included in the checkout price, so no additional import charges should normally be due on delivery.
