ORDER & DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 11:00 am on Friday, during the weekend or on a UK bank holiday will normally be processed on the next working day.
- Tracking Updates: If you receive a dispatch notification on a working day but cannot track your parcel, please allow until 9:00 pm that day for Royal Mail to scan it into its network. If the notification is received during a weekend or UK bank holiday, tracking may not update until 9:00 pm on the next working day.
- Returned Parcels: If a parcel is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the return journey may take up to three weeks. We cannot process a refund or arrange redelivery until the returned parcel has reached our warehouse.
