Order & Delivery Information
- All weekend orders and orders placed on Friday after 11am are dispatched the following Monday.
- If you’ve received a dispatch notification but are unable to track your parcel, please allow until 9pm the same day for it to be scanned into the Royal Mail network.
- If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be held by Royal Mail for up to three weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or redelivery until the item is received back at our warehouse.
